Javid is the team's driving force in organization. Tour coordination and tour programming are key strengths that set him apart. Having visited the mountains purely as a hobby for many years, Javid has been guiding with the team for the past year. In winter, he provides instruction and guidance in snowboarding. He primarily joins medium and long-distance hikes. He is one of those rare people who can seamlessly balance intellectual games, cycling, running, fitness, socializing with friends, and table tennis. Speaks English.
