Gotabiat is an intermediary platform, not the organizer of the tours. The programme, price, dates, transport and safety arrangements of a tour are the responsibility of the organizer who published it.

We review organizers before they go live, but the delivery of the tour itself remains with the organizer.

An inquiry sent through the site goes directly to the tour organizer. Sending an inquiry is not by itself a reserved seat — a booking becomes valid once the organizer confirms it.

Payments are not currently collected through the platform; payment terms are agreed directly with the tour organizer.

Cancellation and refund rules are set by each tour organizer and shown on the tour page.

Tours may be postponed or cancelled due to weather, closed roads or other force majeure; in such cases the organizer contacts participants directly.

Provide an accurate name, phone number and participant count when sending an inquiry.

Following the guide’s safety instructions during a tour is the participant’s responsibility. Tell the organizer in advance about any health limitations.

Copying site content (text, photos, route files) without permission or using it commercially is prohibited.

Only signed-in customers who actually took part in the tour can leave a review. Abusive, promotional or misleading reviews may be removed.

The organizer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish (price, programme, seat count, photos) and must hold the required permits to operate.

Accounts that breach these terms may have their tours suspended or the account closed.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version takes effect once published on this page.
