Three places in one day: the Narimankend caves, Khalit waterfall and Green Lake

Most routes are built around a single site. This one combines three and fills the day completely: a cave, a waterfall, a lake.
How the day is structured
Morning — the Narimankend (Prophet) caves. Visited early; the best moment is when light falls in through the cave mouth.
Midday — Khalit waterfall. The walk begins from the village of Qaladarasi.
Evening — Green Lake. It ends with samovar tea on the shore.

The strength and the weakness of routes like this
Strength: three different environments in one day — a cool cave, the sound of water, an open lakeshore. It also gives variety for photography.
Weakness: you do not stay long anywhere. If you want to sit in one place for hours, a single-site route is better.
How to behave in a cave
- Bring your own torch. Phone light is not enough and it burns your battery.
- Do not touch the walls. The oil from your hands leaves marks on stone.
- Do not write your name. "I was here" on a cave wall cannot be undone.
About timing
The tour schedule shifts with the pace of the group. On three-site routes that is normal: if the group lingers in one place, the next section gets shorter. So answer the question "which place do I really want to see" in advance and tell your guide.
A similar multi-site route: Yardimli, Canyon trek (Mystic Nisaqala).
